What is it?
High resilience flexible foam is a flexible PU cold cure moulded HR MDI foam formulated for automotive vehicle seating projects.
Where is it commonly used?
Seating foams, front seat cushion and back, rear seat cushion and back, centre consoles, headrests, armrests etc.. for automotive and other vehicle and transport seating.
What are its advantages?
- An MDI high resilience flexible foam that complies with automotive standards including JLR standard STJLR.51.5142 with a wide hardness and density range and good physical properties.
- Mouldings can be dual hardness with complex geometries.
